After many computer crashes, poor service, and much frustration I began looking for a new IT company. When I found F1 and talked with Shawn Chenault, I simply said, “I am looking for a new IT company” he replied, “We are it!” It was that confidence I was looking for along with a team, not just a sole owner or a partnership. F1 came over that day and we began a positive move to upgrade our internet presence, file retention, server issues. F1 is still offering innovative computer technology to help with our business. The response is often immediate when there is a problem. I love the fact that they can log onto our computers and fix things on the spot. I also do not have the fear or reservation of allowing them this type of access which I had with our previous IT Company. The entire F1 team is knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to please.
