Treating our staff like family and creating a nice and supportive work environment has been James and Jennifer’s goals from Day 1. The staff at F1 works so incredibly hard to support clients, because they care. Our staff is our company! Treating them with respect, caring and understanding helps to sharpen our greatest resource. F1 is so proud to have won the Small Business of the Year Award last year and now to be nominated for Best Places to Work is very exciting. It means so much to us that our staff nominated us for this recognition. We would like to congratulate our fellow nominees in this category, many of whom are clients and partners!
