The Chamber of Commerce reviews questionnaires submitted by employees to determine the winners of this award and that makes it much more special to us F1 has the hardest working and most caring team members and we are so proud of each and every one of them. In order to create a wonderful work environment we have happy hour nights, company sponsored outdoor events like paintball and kayaking, indoor fun like bowling nights and movie nights and have fun competitions throughout the week like best funny gif. If our staff is happy then our customer interaction is so much better. Each F1 team member is family and they work so hard and care so much about what they do. We are so proud to a part of their team.
